• Valid Bahrain driving license (mandatory). • Knowledge of supermarket locations and retail operations in Bahrain. • Experience in merchandising, sales, or FMCG is preferred. • Ability to communicate in English and Arabic (preferred). • Good negotiation and customer service skills. • Physically fit to handle product placement and stock arrangement. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Visit supermarkets across Bahrain and ensure the availability of our products. • Maintain proper stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking. • Ensure all products are correctly displayed and comply with planograms. • Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to enhance product placement and visibility. • Monitor sales performance and report on stock movement. • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities. • Coordinate with the sales team for orders, deliveries, and promotions. • Ensure all promotional materials are placed correctly in stores. • Collect feedback from store personnel and customers to improve product positioning.
