At Foulad Trading W.L.L., we strive to provide the highest quality coffee, tea, machines, and accessories. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making any purchases. This policy applies to both online and in-store purchases.
1. Coffee and Tea Products
Due to the nature of our coffee and tea products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the following cases:
• Delivery Issues: If you receive the wrong product or if the product is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
2. Coffee Machines and Accessories
We accept returns or refunds for coffee machines and accessories under the following conditions:
• Damaged Products: If your coffee machine or accessory is damaged upon delivery, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Return Process: To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at sales@foulad.com with your order number and details about the issue. We will guide you through the process.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund for coffee machines and accessories:
• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
